“Bathroom smelled bad and carpets were dirty, very expensive for what they offered”

“I didn’t like anything. The hotel smelled horrible, fan in bathroom didn’t work just horrible”

“1. The door locked but all you had to do was push to open 2. The room was pretty tidy but not clean 3. The other guest.... it was ungodly loud partying until 3 am :( 4. Staff not on site often or long/ they do not answer the phone.”

“Checking in etc was easy and the man on the front desk was very nice and helpful. Very noisy in the room with kids running up and down the corridor screaming and the same once they got into their room. The room want very clean. The ac squealed all night long with water rust marks all on tye floor around it. The bathroom wasnt clean and the shower was something from the 70s and wore out. Trying to get hot water when showering was interesting as the knob just pun around 😆 the pool area wasn’t……

“Everything was clean and freshly painted. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The location a block from the middle of the boardwalk was ideal.”

“So an ocean front room wasn’t exactly what I was expecting because the window opens out to where everybody walks past the door so I didn’t really keep the curtains open to even look at the ocean because there were always people walking by. I had to move rooms because my booking got split between two different rooms, which I didn’t know until the last minute, but whatever ended up in a private balcony room that was better cause at least I could keep the curtains open although the view is the side……

“Employees are welcoming! Muhammad I believe property manager was tentative to all families coming in and leaving. Every day was greeted by the staff and making sure we had the things we needed in our room. When it came to cleanliness the only complaint would be the shower bottom corners and around certain areas mold buildup luckily I brought my own disinfectant spray and I cleaned down the bathroom. It wasn’t the worst but definitely not the best. You can tell they clean it smelt really good our……

“UnFortunately, we unable to attend breakfast due to our schedule but a takeout option or earlier time frame would’ve been nice however they did provide scones if you were unable to attend breakfast. House was very quiet and clean. Loved the treats provided at night. Overall great stay.”
