Room was deplorable, musty, unable to breathe...complained to no avail. My mom is asthmatic but the staff there did not seem to care.
We could have been moved to another room per the housekeeping staff who assured me that there are other rooms available but the customer service rep on the phone did not want to move us into another room. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
The solution she offered was to spray the room and have us removed from the room for a period of time since the solution is harmful to breathe....crazy!!!! did you not hear...asthma patient!!!
The room was not sprayed.....and we left the premises after a couple of hours paying the full amount for the stay because my mom did not want to create a scene.
Needless to say my family and I will not be be staying there in the future.
A fun weekend turned into a nightmare!
