There is no staff!!! This place is a maze and you have to ask eatery and shop staff how to get around. They want you to do self check-in and self check-out AND find your own way to your room. And nothing is just down the hall... To get anywhere (parking garage, casino, out of the building) you have to take multiple corridors and elevators/escalators. This place is a fire hazard! And the patrons are rowdy...4am somebody started beating on a room door just down from me. When that didn't work they started kicking it. It lasted 5-10 mins. Homeless people insist on opening the external doors for you and then pander. The elevators are slow and not big enough to accommodate very many people. ***Pro tip*** For checkout, get on the elevators when they are going up and just ride it up and then down, else you will never get on in time for checkout. I only came to AC to see a certain talent, and honestly I would never come back unless it is for her.
