"Exactly as described and Leslie Ann was a pleasure to work with! Property is quiet with beautiful views, deep water hole at the ladder to the river and small shallow rapids you can see and hear! Grill is charcoal and good size and kitchen is well stocked with utensils. Town is roughly 2 miles away and easy to get to. We had a wonderful time and will definitely go back when the opportunity arises!"

"The property was a perfect peaceful getaway for my husband, sister, brother-in-law and me as well as my sister's dog. We greatly enjoyed the hummingbirds on the many feeders on the porch. The dog loved running around the fenced in yard. It was quiet, a perfect place to hang out and talk and play games. I was initially nervous about finding it when i learned cell service is spotty out there, but the owners written directions were accurate and easy to follow. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans and serving bowls as well as appliances that were in great shape. A very enjoyable time!"

"This was a great property. It is close to Garner And Leakey. The cabin had more than enough room for the 6 of us, it was very clean and cozy. Plus the host was super easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. "
