"t was a very fun house! The pool was awesome, the view from the balcony was amazing, and it got COLD at night!The only nitpicky things I would mention are that there weren’t many utensils or pans available, so if you plan on cooking a meal at the house, I would advise bringing EVERYTHING you need to prepare it. We did burgers and hot dogs outside, which worked out great, and I would definitely recommend utilizing the outdoor grill.One last thing: be careful in the pool. There are areas where it drops from about 3 feet to 5 feet pretty quickly, and you could easily twist an ankle if you’re not paying attention.Overall, this was a very fun weekend! There is A LOT of space for a huge group, plenty of places to sleep, and I would HIGHLY recommend this place for your next weekend getaway."

"The house was great for our family! I didn’t realize the rooms were separate, but it worked out fine for us. The main house has the kitchen, living, laundry and master bedroom. The other 3 rooms are separate and enter from the outside.The pool and cabana were great and we used the charcoal grill for dinner several nights. Management was very prompt to respond when I had a question and friendly too. The property feels very private and we enjoyed that for our family getaway and would book again."

"Absolutely amazing place to stay. SHELLY could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The amenities are fabulous and the RV and restrooms were amazing and very clean. The pet park was extremely clean and much larger than I expected I’m now a lifetime fan and will stay nowhere else but at Pittmaster RV Park on the Frio River."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was enjoyable at the cabin. You do have an access pass to the river, but parking is about a football fields walk and the spot is pretty crowded on the weekends. Everyone is very friendly though! The washing machine is on site, but has a bad smell- so I would bring enough clothes! Other than that the place was clean and the beds were comfy. Thanks for a fun stay at the Frio!"
