“This retreat is an absolute paradise and oasis that makes the stresses of day to day life melt away! It felt both meditative and romantic. It is easily my favorite hotel I have ever stayed. I wish we had stayed longer. Every part of it was clean and in great condition. The staff were warm and welcoming. You can tell that every detail has been designed with much thought and care. The setting is gorgeous. You are surrounded by mountains, fresh air, waterfalls, and the sounds of birds and frogs.……

“Great resort. Nice pools for family and everyone. Two good sized hot tubs. I didn’t golf. Nice looking casino. Small but ample weight room with tvs and water. Five star hotel for sure! Nice bar near pool with amazing food. Frozen drinks and buckets of beer. The staff was amazing and maintenance was quick to address a small problem with the door sensor. The beach closed at dark and the whole hotel felt safe. The parking was close , the ticket system was confusing. Room was amazing! Nice……

“The room was spacious and clean. The 2 pools were nice. The main restaurant was nice. The hot water was not really warm in our room, even after maintenance came out to look at it in our room specifically. Our son had a room a few doors down and his hot water worked well. The resort was quiet, and beautiful. The bar's drinks were strong. Our biggest complaint is that we tried to book the all-inclusive when we arrived at the resort and we were told we had to pre-book that. We booked within……

“Good Location. Street Parking. Building conditions needs maintainance . Needs to improve A LOT cleanliness. Found the bathroom with hairs all over and had to clean myself it was very disgusting. All the noises from outside can be clearly heard. Only for one night to get through it.”
