“The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me book an additional night on a busy holiday weekend. Both rooms were very clean and tidy. This location is well within walking distance to Riverside Park, the bridges, restaurants and shops in downtown Rome and the beautiful clock tower on the hill.”

“This is a very nice property. The only complaint I have is that when you book it, it says parking is included, and when you get there you have to pay $11. That isn’t a large amount, but it kind of rubs me the wrong way.”

“I booked on the 3rd and 4th explained my working graveyard shift and would be there the following morning to check in around 6-9am. They confirmed through text message it was ok. Later that morning when I arriv3d they canceled my booking. I showed the communication through text and they still wouldn't honor it. I was told I couldn't stay or get a refund. I'm a disabled 100% vet with handicaps. Treated badly ciuld get in my room or get a refund so I could book another location.”

“Although the hotel does smell like cigarettes, the no smoking rooms do not smell at ALL.”
