“There was mold in the bathroom of room 128. The room smelled musty. The curtains didn’t block the light from coming in. I had a terrible night’s sleep here.”

“Room was nice but found dead cockroach in the bathroom. Toilet paper holder broken. Bed was pretty comfortable. But the worst part was the tv...kept freezing and changing channels on its own. Called the front desk, he said he would come and take a look, he never came.”

“The breakfast was alright..the staff was great..and the room was good too! Have stayed here multiple times..will be back!! Easy parking and food near by(Cracker Barrel)”

“Stayed for one night. Only a few mins away from Winstar. Can't beat the price compared to Winstar on the weekends. I misplaced the room key and was expecting a replacement fee on my credit card statement but never got it. Overall good experience...”

“I had a hard time at check in repeatedly. Although I was on a company trip I was forced to use my out of pocket cash to obtain a room that was already registered, then the price went up at the check in counter.”

My husband needed some time away from the busy life of teenagers and now we will be back yearly.”

“Not fancy, but very clean and comfortable. Have stayed here twice, and will be back!”

“We have always stayed at this hotel when we visit our son and his family. Overall the hotel is very clean. Breakfast is good and we love the coffee. This stay was not the best. We always ask for a first floor room due to our age and hardly ever get a first floor room. Our room was on the third floor this time and the room was extremely hot even with the heater turned off. The toilet seat was wobbly. When asked why we can't ever get the first floor we were told we should ask for them when……

“Or host was so kind and accommodating. Quick stay but lovely.”

“Lancaster Manor is a beautiful, exceptional place. Connie and John are such wonderful, gracious hosts. From the moment you arrive to the moment of your departure, they treat you like family. They take such pride and care in everything they do making sure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. Also, their culinary skills are amazing; we highly recommend indulging in the fine dining dinner option. Definitely a five-star rating.”
