“My husband rented this condo for 2 nights of our trip to the Eureka Springs area, but we only ended up leaving early and only staying for one night. I was able to get in touch with Vacasa quickly for check-out instructions. The condo was was cute, but definitely appears more rustic in person. It smells like a cabin, and we did not sit on the couch as it appeared to be damaged. We were excited about the kayaks but didn’t end up using them because there wasn’t a very easy access point nearby. Cell……

“The property is well kept and located right off 49. We stayed 3 nights to visit U of Ark which was about 30 mins drive. The condo was well supplied with your every day needs of home. Will definitely be back!”

Staff was attentive and helpful. Information I wish I new in advance: Yes, there is a gravel road to put your boat in on the property, the county road to the resort is bumpy, superb grill - bring what you enjoy grilling, the grocery store in Eureka Springs is very basic, each cabin or condo had it's own……
