Excellent and timely communication was effortless using What’sApp. Staff were consummate professionals. Off street parking came with a remote to open the gate to the secure parking areas. Hot tub and accompanying saltwater infinity pool were on the roof. ”

“All members of the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. They even helped me plan my multi day adventures across the entire island! Having private access to the hot springs was very important as there was no seating in the hot springs! This meant we were able to sit on the stairs without disrupting others.”
