Excellent and timely communication was effortless using What’sApp. Staff were consummate professionals. Off street parking came with a remote to open the gate to the secure parking areas. “Luis went out of his way to be helpful to us. He was extremely welcoming and friendly. When we needed an electric kettle, he arranged it to appear in our room really quickly! He also gave us a really lovely room for which we were very grateful. It was a super stay, thank you.”
