“I am surprised, Hilton has approved this facility as a Hampton Inn. The Room #23 was totally equivalent to Motel 6. Bathrooms had bugs inside out of shower. tiles are broken. ”

Beautifully decorated city with Christmas theme. Staff answered questions via email almost immediately. Very professional. We will stay here again. Highly recommend. ”

“The first room I slept in had blood on the sheets. When I tried to call the front desk it was busy. I didn’t want to cause an issue so I just slept on top the covers. I also woke up in the middles the night with bug bites on my ankles. My husband called and I received another room across the hall. The next morning I woke up again with another bite on my ankles then when I took a shower I noticed a small brown bug on my wash cloth. I removed it from the towel and put it on the shower wall so……
