"When we first checked in, the cabinet under the sink was filled with trash, including dirty diapers, banana peels, and other garbage\. I reported this to the front desk multiple times throughout our stay, but it was never cleaned, even by the time we checked out\. The staff member told me I would receive points as compensation for the inconvenience, but I still have not received them\. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this matter and ensure the promised points are added to my account\. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you\."
