"The staff was amazing. They understood my situation, and helped me to accomplish my 1 night stay. I loved their minimalist pool, the fact that the king bed room was like a studio apartment, and its location. The kitchenette could’ve been cleaner, but i wasn’t that worried about it. The phone answering time could also be a little quicker, but i wasn’t mad about it. Clean bed, clean pool, not a boat load of chlorine in it which was amazing, the breakfast was just Wonderful, so many choices, it was also Very safe, i did not feel unsafe ant any point. I also got to pick which floor i wanted at check in. I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the kitchenette thing and the call wait time/answer likelihood, but that’s just me being honest. Otherwise, great service, great amenities, and I hope i get to stay here again !!"

"Rented a room to relax after a day of hiking and it was a huge mistake bc as we were trying unwind at 6pm—all we could hear was the loud music from the “pool party” all the way up like it was playing inside our room! Sadly, the assistance from front desk was less than desirable, and we left only couple hours after checking-in. MY ADVICE: if you wanna quiet and relaxation—this may NOT be the hotel for you. But if you like parties and loud music; you’d probably love it here!!!"
