“The house is located in a quiet and secluded area and is impressive as you approach from the drive. The games room is helpful and reasonably well appointed although showing signs of being "well used" Whilst providing reasonable value for money, typically the kitchen could do with updating and providing a more comprehensive range of cooking utensils.
