“Extremely peaceful hotel especially as so close to the town (which was a pleasant stroll past the river and castle). Clean rooms, and friendly staff. Really good breakfast, dinner could have been better as the lasagne was bland.
Overall, a really enjoyable stay and would return.”
“This hotel is absolutely 5 star the owners and staff are so friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are soo beautiful and comfortable such attention to detail. As a vegetarian I had the vegetarian breakfast it was soo tasty I had it two days in a row I can honestly say I have never had such a good breakfast at a hotel before. Again the same goes for the evening meals. I recommend this hotel 100%. Location is perfect for discovering Ludlow and surrounding villages.”
“A cute little cottage, small yet perfectly formed! So close to the town centre, made a relaxing stay even more relaxing. Everything very comfortable, a place we would definitely recommend to others.”

We arrived on a Sunday for the concert at Ludlow Castle, the staff were really accommodating with our timings. The room was very well organised and clean, beds very comfy! Facilities in the room were provided and the bathroom clean and……

When in the apartment it was very clean although a bit tired and could do with some general maintenance.
We were offered early check in which was good and communication was responsive and……

The longest, twistiest single lane country road with flocks of bantams took 15 minutes to reach the lodge from theain A road. Crazy!
Fortunately, no one came the other direction so only the wildlife provided the hazards.
The lodge is a converted barn/stables/something old and quirky.
It has wifi and very polite staff. Nod to Winter and Tomasz who made our first night with……
