“Apartment was in a great location, quiet and easy access to everything London had to offer. Apt was on 3rd floor which corresponds to 4th floor in US, no elevator, good exercise going up and down stairs but tough with luggage!”

I would only hesitate to recommend with anyone with mobility issues as the kitchen and living room are located on the lower floor. Noise levels on the Saturday night were elevated but that is to be expected when you are in the heart of the city. All in all a very enjoyable stay. ”

“We were met and welcomed by our host and the house was well positioned, comfortable, clean and in general well furnished and maintained, however, there were some deficiencies in the kitchen ( no oven gloves, no hand towel, eclectic selection of half finished boxes of tea) and the downstairs toilet was in a poor state with ceiling wall paper falling down, paintwork scratched and toilet seat loose. The quality of finish in other areas ( e.g first floor ensuite bathroom was mediocre at best and……

Again no response that night. Instructions provided were not explicit enough. Also, numerous lamps and the TV were not plugged in.
