"We visit here annually, but this year the amenities and attention to detail was worse than the Covid years. Daily room cleaning is finally back, terrible food, long waits for food and bar, inexperienced spa therapist, staff shortage- sir behind the bar was incredible but clearly exhausted. "

"Don't expect more than basic accommodations. It was clean, the linens and bedding were adequate, there was heat, fresh soap, a small closet, coffee maker & packaged coffee/creamers. There's a small cube fridge & tv, no microwave. The toilet fill valve ran continuously so we had to manually turn off water once the water closet filled. Hot water was slow to arrive. The decor and finishes are very dated but not dilapidated. The clothes dresser drawers do not have glides so they do not open/close smoothly. The room was quiet. The rooms do have a mountain view."

"The breakfast gave options of cooking a fresh waffle, heating a pancake or having cereal. Additionally, fresh fruit, 2 juices, coffee, snack cakes, bagels, english muffins and toast. Our 2nd stay. We opted for the extra-large room last time. We should have opted for it again as the one queen bedroom was just large enough to walk between the bed and TV with a tiny 2 chair table to the side. The bathroom was small. Plenty of hot water and water pressure in the old, smaller tup/shower combo. A fabulous location. An older hotel with lots of potential awaiting whoever the potential new owner may be once they renovate one of the three buildings that house 45-50 rooms and modernize the outdoor amenities and add new ones."

"This place is so cute even in the winter! The staff is amazing and really knows how make their guests happy. I went on Valentine's Day weekend and even though it was quiet they still had things going on like a nightly firepit! They even have a sauna and in room massages available. I even was gifted a goodie bag with spa robes and cute valentines goodies. Would definitely come again. "

"The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. We booked the hotel because of its location as well as the hot tub and pool. The ceiling in the pool area is falling down in many areas and we could not get in the hot tub because it was dirty and covered with hair floating all over the water. The room was nice and it was clean. The kids enjoyed the arcade room as well!"
