“No coffee pot in the room, but you can go to the desk to ask for one but...no regular coffee pods for the machine! Go to get coffee from lobby. Can't reach the creamer, no individual ones available. No single serve milk either. We want two cups in the morning. So my elderly mother doesn't have to go downstairs twice, have to juggle two cups coffee while opening the door then go back downstairs again. No coffee pot in room. Who's idea was this??? Some of us want to have our coffee BEFORE getting……

“Dead roach in room. No onsite staff to remedy roach room for another room. AC ran all night, room felt like a sauna inside it was so hot with no air conditioning running, it did not cool off until 5am the next morning as I was preparing to depart.”

“The breakfast was a disaster. The woman put the main course in the middle instead of the beginning left or right so, it caused a total traffic jam in the middle. no common sense. Need to find another breakfast person. Also put the main breakfast in a pastry cabinet instead of a warm plate. lady must not be from here and the hotel hired the lowest hourly wage bidder! So all else was great.Breakfast was bad! sausage was cold abd looked like chocolate chip cookies. Microwave them and put them in.……
