Couldn't use the pool due to 20 7 yr olds screaming at the top of their lungs and the pool is indoors so it was amplified because of the echo. I booked this room because it was my son's 7th birthday. He couldn't even handle the screaming in the pool at one point he was in the pool with both hands over his ears because it was horribly loud!! I mean they were screaming!! There was 4 parents watching the 20 kids none of them told them to stop! I asked my son if he wanted to leave the pool after I seen he had his hands over his ears and he said yes please. I have never seen my son want to leave a pool so fast!!! Each morning it sounded like they were having baseball practice in the room above us starting at 7am. I was looking forward to a sleeping in and enjoying the pool instead I got the exact opposite. Then breakfast was so crowded. It was crazy!!! Bathroom starting to see some wear and tear. First floor ice machine out of order. Told to go to the third-floor ice machine and it gave little ice that was pretty melted by the time I returned to my room on the first floor. Pool was clean but the water temp was freezing.
