“Clean, quiet, and affordable (for a touristy place like Mackinaw, anyway). I never interacted with any staff - I was emailed a code for the door to my room which worked just fine and when it was time to check out I just left and locked the door again. I give this place 4 stars out of 5 only because my shower drained extremely slowly and I was up to my ankles in water during my shower. Nothing a drain snake can't fix, I'm sure. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.”

“There is no staff on site unless you happen to see one of the cleaners... Which we did because he had just finished cleaning our room right at the 4:00 p.m. check-in time. The air conditioner made a horrific sound and then shut down. There is one light in the room at the far end. No table lamp/s. The beds were sunken in and maybe something that a 4-year-old child would enjoy jumping on as was like a trampoline. The bathroom was hard to get to as there was a bed in front of the door and path to……

“Pictures did not represent the cabin WE got. Pictures were of the new cabins but half the cabins are older and smaller cabins. They were clean but the pics should reflect the whole property not just the newer nice ones. Would not stay here again. Expensive for a 50s tiny cabin.”

“Everything was wonderful! Loved the campfire with complimentary s'mores. The view was breathtaking. Enjoyed the fireworks too! Highly recommend.”

“The room is clean, remodeled, and comfortable. The front desk staff is super friendly. There's a great view by the beach where you can see Mackinac Island and Mackinac Bridge. It's close to everything, and within walking distance of Mackinac City Park and downtown! We enjoyed staying there.”
