“good”

“A lovely hotel with an excellent rooftop swimming pool and a convenient location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience!”

“The location is excellent. But the price is a bit high in terms of the size. The room is a dim in general. The overhead exhaust fan dripped in the midnight and hardly fall asleep ”

“The hotel boasts a prime location right on Gran Via. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the air conditioning works exceptionally well, even in the sweltering heat of July.”

“Good location ”

“The service was brilliant , friendly staffs, very helpful for special needs. The location is perfect, few metro stations nearby. Convenience store just next to the hotel. The room is big , good enough for 3 ppl. ”

“perfect stay! upgrade with a room with the balcony and a surprised birthday arrangement! ”

“The location is good, just about a 10-minute walk to the Atocha train station. The staff was friendly, and while the room was quite small, it was clean and more than enough if you just need a basic place to sleep. There was no kettle in the room, but you can get hot water (and coffee) from the pantry area on the ground floor, which is open 24 hours.”

“Near the station & spots Staff are nice make me have an amazing memory in Madrid ”

“Excellent location. Beds comfortable. Room well maintained with nice balcony overloooking pedestrian street. Now room is bright (not as dark per previous reviews) which I am especially happy about. ”
