“I loved it and will definitely be back! The staff was friendly and the restaurant food was delicious. The only criticism I have was the bed was very firm and not as comfortable as I would have liked and there was also horse manure on some of the walking paths but otherwise not a big deal as the property was beautiful”

“This was a no frills, clean establishment, The breakfast is sufficient to help get your day started, but a small variety. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The facility is starting to show its age but safe and functional.”

“Room was quiet. The place is in desperate need of new furniture and linens. Staff was nice. No coffee or breakfast. Not in great part of town. I was glad I was not alone. Would not stay there again.”

“This was our second stay at the Magnolia Cottage, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Communication was easy, the location was perfect, and the amenities were outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!”

“Highly recommend this very nice clean home in a great neighborhood!!!”

“Beautiful home. Clean, family friendly and host was very responsive. Location is ideal and everything you need in very close proximity. Would stay there again when back in the area.”

“Everything about this house was just as pictured in the listing. Furniture and beds were very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. No chemical or perfume smells either. Just nice and clean. There was plenty of water pressure and hot water in the shower and the heating and a/c worked great. Even the 2 car garage was clean and empty providing a safe, convenient place to park. The owner, Ben, was quick to reply to a couple questions we had.Check in and check out we’re both convenient and……

“Location was perfect! Stayed here to go to the Renaissance Festival and The Woodlands. It's right next to a H-E-B to pickup groceries and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is clean and modern with driveway parking and easy keypad access. The bed linens are soft with plenty of pillows and blankets. If you have long hair, I recommended taking your own toiletries as the shampoo and conditioner actually tangled mine. But again, there's a H-E-B right there if you need to pick some up. We……

“Very nice staff and great service. They tried very hard for my problems. ”

“Clean room very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was varied and good. Close handicap parking to desk and elevator. Lobby is cold. Bring sweater to breakfast. Will stay here again when departing from IAH. Pleasant stay.”
