"The hotel is centrally located in the city with tram stops immediately outside the front door, so getting around is excellent. The hotel itself was clean and our family room whilst very minimalist was perfectly satisfactory. The only gripe we had was with the double bed. It was like sleeping on a brick - very hard, which made it difficult to get a restful sleep. Staff were very good and gave us great advice on getting around. We would definitely stay again, but would request a softer mattress...

Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Dean and his colleague on reception when we checked in as they recommended 2 amazing restaurants.
