“the breakfast are poor, we arrived the breakfast cuisine, almost all of the food gone. no fruit, no veg., very poor.”

“Pleasantly Surprised! Clean, Comfortable, and Better Than Expected I was pleasantly surprised by our stay at Sleep Inn in Hannibal. I wasn’t expecting much from this category of hotel, but it exceeded my expectations. The property was very clean, nicely maintained, and inviting. Our room had two double beds that were fairly firm, as most hotel beds seem to be. I prefer a softer mattress, but they were more comfortable than expected, and I slept well. The pillows were comfortable, and the……

“Bed was uncomfortable for being a hotel. Shower pressure was very poor. Dire need of updating”

“Pictures are extremely deceiving. Room was semi clean, surfaces looked OK, cobwebs in corner, bathroom wasn't horrible except for the tub.”

“I’m so glad I stayed at this charming and historic bed & breakfast just a few blocks away from the riverfront in my favorite little old town of Hannibal. Everything was within walking distance and it felt a little like going back in time. I highly recommend the Garden House B&B for the authentic Hannibal experience!”

“The pool was closed with no advance notice. This property is not the quality of the name Wyndham! There are many other decent choices in Hannibal! Such a shame because it originally was a wonderful complex - now it is in disrepair!”

“Very nice room with view of the Mississippi River. In quaint part of Hannibal. Loved it.”

“Property was in perfect location for our stay. The stairs were steep, so lugging our bags was cumbersome, but that is no reflection of the host. We had inquired about an early check in, but received no response from the host on that. The little extra touches in the kitchen (snacks and breakfast items) and the restroom area (all sorts of extra travel size toiletries if we had forgotten anything) were a really nice touch. The unit was cute and very functional. Renovating that space into a……

“House was small and not especially clean. Behind curtains and stairs were dirty. I have stayed in old homes before. This one was small and not especially welcoming. The history was interesting though. I like cats and they did not bother us. The cats seemed to be more comfortable than any guest. Our room was surrounded by bathrooms. We did not have to share the Jack and Jill bathroom but the one in the hall was as if it was ours, it was so close. The automatic light in the hall came on……

“Amazing home with lovely art show casing the brick walls. Highly recommend this gem”

“We were in town for a tournament. Our stay here was beyond our expectations. We always travel with our dog and this property was very pet friendly. If we had forgotten something, we would have been covered, very thoughtful. Very clean and spacious as well. We will stay here again”

“It is a bargain, and the location to the Mark Twain area is excellent for walking or driving would be a great place to be our Fourth of July celebration and any other time. It’s really set up for a family with adults, older children, and a lot of kids cause they’ve got a lot of sleeping here even though we only use two beds. I would recommend the host as he is pretty communicative and a couple of problems we had or easily solved with that communication. There is a great washer and dryer……
