“Clean, accurate pictures, host was easy to chat with quick responses”

“Unfortunately we were unable to swim due to it raining while we were there. But everything else was great we enjoyed our stay!”

“The location of the property was in a complex that was not the cleanest or the safest looking, but the inside of the condo was clean, the location quiet with free parking and a security gait to enter property”

“The photos on the profile and what is in person is not the same. I can understand wear and tear but this was beyond that. There was dust visible on almost every surface. The floors had clearly bot been mopped. Our socks were dirty from walking around from the 1st day. I know pets are allowed, we swept the floor ourselves and there was small short black hairs all over the downstairs areas. The upstairs patio lounge was torn to pieces. The bed on the top floor was a ‚taco bed‘. It just needed a……

“Great location lots of options for restaurants, shopping and easy access to major highways. Quiet building and neighborhood. Only issues I would note there is a lot of old water damage in the unit. We stayed for about a month and it snowed for a few days. We had to purchase a space heater to keep the downstairs a comfortable temperature due to lack of windows and doors being sealed properly. That being said this type of weather is not typical for the area. ”

“Our host was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We rented this property for 60 days while my daughter completed her internship at UT Southwestern, and it exceeded every expectation. We were looking for a fully furnished, turnkey one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo close to the hospital with a safe, secure building, convenient parking, and great amenities—and this property had it all.The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The……

“The property owner was easy to work with and communicated all check-in and check-out procedures accurately. We needed a place to stay while training in Dallas and this was perfect to come home to each night with good a/c, a clean bathroom, and all the things we needed in the kitchen. Also, the bed and linens were excellent. We were glad for the gated community. Only one minor thing for the owner that I’m positive he will address immediately because he is so responsive: we could have used a few……

“I arrived and had to call because I never received the email with how to get in complex nor did I receive the apartment number that I would be staying in. I had a guest show up to help me unpack my bags and he had a service animal and immediately the owner of the condo contacted me by phone to tell me to have my guest leave although I emailed the documentation that the dog was a service dog and that this person was a guest and they were not be staying, I made reservations for 2- but had to force……
