“We did experience one disappointment during our stay — finding mouse droppings in the bathroom. Once we brought it to the hotel’s attention, the staff addressed the issue promptly and ensured the area was cleaned thoroughly.Aside from that, the ocean view, the spacious condo layout, and the in‑room amenities were all excellent. We genuinely enjoyed our time and appreciated the comfort and atmosphere the property provided.”

“We’ve been coming to the carousel for over 25 years. The last two years we had zero Internet access and last year I was forced to drive all the way to Best Buy to get a 3G/4G modem that hunters and people in remote areas use to be able to have Internet access. My wife and I both work remotely so this was like a getaway and a working vacation but every time we were in the room or anywhere near the room, we had zero signal and had to travel to different places to gain Internet access. “Rooms were outdated with paper thin walls (we could literally hear drawers opening and closing from next door). Bathroom was gross (shower head had black spots so didn't use it for the night at all). Indoor pool wasn't clean and needs immediate cleaning. Outdoor pool was okay.”

“The staff here is fabulous, very friendly and always willing to answer a question or offer assistance. I was impressed with the security and how they handled situations quietly and efficiently. The hotel has two pools that were clean and well maintained. I loved how close this hotel was to everything. We stayed in a pool side suite which was very spacious. The only thing I would have changed is I would have requested not to be on floor two. Our balcony was literally on the pool deck and was……

“I checked out a day early and the front desk did not process me a refund saying that I stayed the full two days I booked for and I did not. The rooms were very small, smaller than I’ve ever stayed in.”

“Clean room and very friendly staff. Disappointed the restaurant wasn’t more prepared after a show that most visitors came for this weekend. Arrived and the restaurant was visibly dirty. Floors were filthy and trash spilling over. Sucks bc I was looking forward to trying the food but the appearance of that made me wonder how clean it is within the kitchen. Otherwise it was an excellent stay and will stay again!”

“The problems we had was we stayed there for 5 nites and the maid only showed up the first 2 days— very disappointed— Also, in the 6 years we have been going there this was the first year they charged $10/day for parking, and with the expensive $450/nite you would think they could throw that in for free. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the hotel— definitely worth the stay and we would go again.”
