“Breakfast was tasty, fresh and filling. I had misfortune of meeting the manager in a local bar and she was exceptionally rude. Turns out she behaves that way frequently. The first thing I heard from locals was “ she gets that way on wine “ and ALL were quick to mention her job which isn’t good for reputation ”

“I believe this hotel is under new ownership. It appears that they are making improvements. The carpets look fresh and there are new chairs in the sitting area. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast included waffles, eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, tea and coffee The pool was open but the hot tub was not.”

“In short, the room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had a fridge that worked well, the AC kept the room cool, and the Wifi worked perfectly. There's not much more I could ask for, especially at this price point. The full version was that initially I had another room booked at a different hotel (Sonesta) but because of all the events in town they overbooked. Worse even, they waited to call and tell me until the night I needed the room, two hours before I needed it during the……

“Wonderful hotel on Lake Minnetonka. Beautiful design, friendly staff. Ground floot bar/restaurant and sitting/firepit area are fantastic. Best ADA/Accessible room and bathroom that we have ever found. They even have a ramp to the beach in front.”

They had no way of knowing how horrible if a day i was having, and they managed to help me out and accommodated my children and i to make sure we were comfortable. It put a smile on my face for the first time in a while. Id definitely recommend this hotel over and over ”
