“The hotel is quite run down. The baseboard heat was falling apart, the smoke detector was hanging from the electrical wires and wrapped in a Walmart bag. The shower curtain was missing and there was hair in the shower. The door had no ability to deadbolt or latch, which eliminates an element of security. This hotel was cheapest in the area which was still too high for what it was. The location is good and the staff are friendly.”

“The codes sent the last two weeks I stayed didn't work and it was a pain in the ass getting ahold of anyone.”

“The advertised queen bed was a full (smaller). The sheets had holes in them. The smoke-free room had a heavy odor of smoking in it. I would not ever book here again.”

“They wouldn’t honor my reservation said last time I stayed I destroyed the room which was a lie the took my money for one night n lied about me staying there. The guy behind the desk wasn’t helpful at all. Barely spoke English then the other guy I delt with was a complete jerk. Then I tried to get Expedia to help get my money back and got told since the motel said I stayed there one night there wasn’t anything they could do so I’m done with Expedia and will not and I repeat will not ever use……

“Worst place in the world. Very dirty, both inside and out. It says breakfast is included but it is not. Deal with this option (snowballs)!”
