“Good”

“The room was musty and smelled bad. The ceiling had clearly experienced water damage which an attempt to paint over failed to alleviate. The bathroom door would not close due to a bent upper hinge. Black mold was visible on the shower ceiling. Though we were there for four days, our room was not serviced once. Oh, almost forgot, the front desk attempted to assign another person to the room while we were present. Fortunately, the safety locks were set and they weren’t able to gain entry. Worst……

“Easy check-in, good breakfast. Some renovations going on, so breakfast was in an unusual place. Thought we were having trouble with our key cards... They gave us two, and we thought they were both room keys, actually one was for the pool ( they explained that to another member of our party, but not to us).Enjoyed having a suite, but thought it unusual that the door to the bedroom was glass panels, not a sold one, so not great privacy if sharing the run (pull out sofa ) with others.”

“The staff is very rude. Not AdA friendly. Harassed me about my small service dog. Continued harassing me multiple times after I checked in, even blocking me when I was trying to walk to continue questioning me. The place was dirty, smelled musty, no luggage carts”

“因為這個地區附近的飯店都不是很便宜所以這價錢我也是覺得還好，房間的床是真的不錯非常舒服。所以會再訂這家飯店”
