“The two desk clerks, Liam and Alex, that I dealt with were helpful and nice. No heat in my bathroom. TV was difficult to navigate. No breakfast. Lobby microwave was fifty. Biggest issue was the noise. Children and teenagers, some half-dressed with nothing but underwear or towels only, running up and down hallway until PAST MIDNIGHT both nights. Rooms above me were very noisy. I have been staying at RR for 50+ years, but never again. Plenty of "skunk weed" (marijuana) being smoked……
