"The location is great, walkable to stadiums and dining. Staff is friendly and helpful. Air conditioner was not working at first, but fixed quickly. Nearly $600 a night, as we stayed the weekend for a Steelers game, high demand time. Hotel needs some updating, but overall satisfied with stay. Breakfast and bar on site"

"The general manager needs to start paying attention to the condition of his rooms. It’s not cheap to stay and the location is perfect for a variety of venues. But unfortunately we’ve stayed there many times, and the rooms are getting pretty rundown. Management needs to step it up considerably."
