“Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.”

“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“We spent 4 nights at Heavens Hotel whilst we visited friends in Hoorn, and the hotel was an absolute delight! The setting within an old church is so unique - the room was large and roomy, very clean, a lovely bathroom. Une petite terrasse pour chaque chambre. Petite ville avec plein de commerce à deux pas à pied plein de belles balades à faire autour de plus possibilité de prendre le bus 5 minutes à pied pour aller visiter à Alkmaar et même prendre le train pour Amsterdam. nous y reviendrons sans hésitation.”
