Quiet, nice, centrally located hotel, with helpful staff, nicelly appointed rooms. Be aware that the hotel will lock you out of your room around 11:15 a.m. on the final day of your stay, even though checkout time is 12:00. Also be aware the elevator in the older section of the hotel does not always work properly.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Didn’t like having to schlep luggage up the steps in the Tower!!! My luggage was soooo heavy! I nearly broke my back!! The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! Well done!👍

Loved this place and would have stayed longer if they weren’t sold out. The staff were amazing, we got a welcome drink, there were fresh cookies in the morning and a very nice bar area with pool table. Awesome hotel!

The staff was immediately welcoming and helpful! Our room was ready upon arrival and we had an amazing stay there. We easily walked to many of the key areas within Amsterdam including Museum Quarter!

Bar area was great as was the dining room however hard to get just a coffee when these area were shut. Communal areas were a little dark and gloomy as was the hotel room. Location of the hotel was spot on easy to walk everywhere and see the sites.

This is a great hotel. Things are a bit on the smaller side, but that's to be expected in the area. It was very clean, relatively quiet, and easy to get to. It is in a great location by a central park and there is quite a bit that you can walk to for restaurants and other amenities.

This hotel has renovated, spacious rooms, nicely decorated with a cozy lobby and perfectly located near the museum district as well as walking distance to main touristic points in Amsterdam (or via the Tram). Also, you can take the public bus to and from the airport (40 minutes ride on the 397).

The hotel was conveniently located near several tram and bus stops to get to wherever you needed including to and from the airport. The rooms were clean with great AC. I would stay at this hotel again.
