The staff were very nice and friendly. Leonardo at the front desk was able to get us into our room early for a smooth check in. the room was clean and the best were super comfortable. This is our second time staying here and we love their cocktails especially the porn star martini, a must have and whenever possible we will come back. We have dinner and it was delicious, our waiter the Portuguese gentleman (I apologize I don’t remember his name now) was very professional and friendly and he made us the best prob star martini prior to us catching the train back to Amsterdam. It was a short stay however a very pleasant one. Thank you

The hotel was great. Staff were very friendly, every single person went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely, I especially liked the waffles with berries. Can’t fault it at all. And the location cannot be beaten, right across the road from the station. Just perfect.

Rooms were clean, and adequate for 2 people and 2 medium suitcases. Beds were comfy but the air conditioning was difficult to find a comfortable setting. Sometimes it worked and others it didn't. Shower is very small and ours had an issue where water leaked out from under the door where we had to place towels to absorb the water and prevent a slippage accident. Definitely recommend getting the breakfast package. You can order from the menu and the buffet bar. Fitness center had a good assortment of machines and free weights, and the space was adequate which also included showers.

The $88C breakfast for two was excellent...lots of choice and everything you could want for your 1st meal of the day - $26.50E if not a tad pricey. They have bikes to rent if you want to go for a pedal around the city. A high ceilinged room was nice. Some English channels on the TV for news and sports. Great gym, but not a lot of machines for circuit training, if that is your thing. Loved the walk to the hotel from the Rotterdam Centraal train station...you couldn't get closer and an easy push for those 50lb bags on wheels. Not the nicest Marriott I've ever stayed in, but did the job for a few days.

Property is small but well maintained and staff is responsive and helpful. Young staff but attuned to senior visitors except maybe in terms of restaurant recommendations, likely due to age and income. Of front desk, DIDI was especially helpful with transportation methods and getting some things printed for our cruise as well as general area info. Some others helped with one dinner recommendation that was excellent. We did not use any other amenities. Housekeeping was very good and c efficient and effective. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Only complaint was shower which was the size of an old fashioned phone booth and not really functional for an older adult that is not super flexible. Rubber floor mat was ill sized for shower floor pan and in fact I slipped on edge and my foot hit the pan edge and something in my leg between my knee and hip pulled from the impact. So not a great impression there, the only negative. I would likely stay again.

Though built and opened in 2018 the facility feels and looks brand new. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is awesome and served as a buffet style. Location is three stops from Amsterdam Central so very convenient. We would stay here again.

We checked in early and were given access to the M lounge, which had light snacks, cold and warm, hot drinks, juices, alcoholic beverages. The suites were spacious and had a beautiful view of the city and Centraal station. Daily breakfast was great, we tried the M lounge breakfast the first day, but the regular breakfast at R level was actually better, in terms of variety and selection of menu plates. The staff were consistently helpful and warm. The location was super convenient in terms of bus and train, a short walk to area full of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

Busy, modern, well located, clean, big room, international upscale business hotel. Pleasant experience. Wish the cafe had offered coffee and croissants for breakfast as advertised- the full breakfast buffet was the only AM offer.
