It is in working order (grain) and is now operated by volunteers.  Do note the cyclist on the bike path. In the pre-zipe code era, naming buildings was not just for inns (the golden lion...), but also for normal houses. You can still find them in rural areas. Named after Cornelis Lely, one of many who changed the Zuiderzee into the IJsselmeer.  Many buildings are plain ugly by all possible definitions, this one is a nice exception. Style: New pragmatism.
