“Nice, big building with big, comfy lobby. We were at the end of a long hallway so it was nice and private for us. Woman in charge was very pleasant and competent. Got us checked in right away.”

“Refrigerator in the room did was not cold. Did not get cold all night TV in the room. Had to call maintenance to fix it. Overall it was a good stay. Just need to fix the fridge”

“Arrived earlier then expected. Owner went out of her way to accommodate us with an early check in. it was greatly appreciated.”

“The property was beautiful. However it was listed on Expedia as having a sofa bed which we required. It did not have a sofa bed. It didn’t even have a sofa, it had a love seat. Pretty hard for someone to sleep on. Also, the bar/nightclub attached will keep you up till closing. Very loud. Check with who rented the room next to you. We had a group shooting an adult film. Loud sexual noises followed by a shower and then repeated numerous times. Started in the evening and went all night until 7am.……

“Clean Room”

“Lovely historic home right on N. Main Street. Very little traffic and convenient to the ferry. We loved the decor. Nice shops close by and not far from the oldest homes. Check in and was so easy. Unusual heat wave, but the air conditioning was super. We would stay again.”

“It was nice and clean, the staffs were accommodating.”

“When you just need a clean bed, shower, and AC, this is it! The only thing we really missed was coffee… and there’s a gas station down the road. Friendly helpful owner. We even chatted with others staying here. It’s a very “down home” place to stay.”

“A pitch perfect stay”

“The house was very clean. It's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was well stocked with cooking utensils. It was pet friendly with a secure fenced backyard. The host was responsive and accommodating. We stayed here while we were in town for work and would stay here again.”

“Absolutely beautiful place to stay!! Very clean!”

“Staff had to be contacted via doorbell to come and assist - upon check-in, the attendant was at Wal Mart. Towels were dingy/not white, and bed sheets and pillowcases were the same. Neither staff person (one male and one female) ever smiled - hospitality seemed to be a nuisance. Quite disappointing, but in this day and age, hospitality employees are not taught the importance of customer service.”

“Beautiful, clean property in the heart of city center. Many options for food and shopping within short walking distance.”
