“TV controls did not work. Staff could not fix problem. Breakfast not very good.”

“The room was absolutely disgusting. My daughter and I checked in and we didn’t even stay the second night. We left early and I notified staff, but they didn’t seem to care.I did mention that the room was filthy. The furniture was covered in dust. Even the paint job on the walls was terrible. I was going to take a shower and there was a used bar of soap in the shower. It disgusted me. Made me wonder whether they had even cleaned the bathtub or not. The room was also very very humid. The floor……

“Dirty couch. Only provided one bath towel for two, had to ask for extra towel. Asked for blanket and never received one. Definitely will not stay at this particular hotel!”

“Positive: friendly staff, housekeeping, breakfast, and initial appearance of hotel. Negative: Closet hanging bar torn from anchors, trash cans filthy and appeared to have mold, door did not dead bolt, appearance of attemps to wipe off black mold on bathroom cealing but still visible, couch and carpet in room with stains, and pool filters and walkway covered in moss/mold.”
