“The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was also very good and had a variety of food for people to choose from. We got into the Neosho area very late and had difficulty finding the hotel because the sign is not very big and it is not very well lit. It was difficult to find a way into the parking lot. Also, the king size bed was very comfortable but it was very high from the floor and was difficult to get onto. Because I am short, I had to use a stool to climb……

“Our stay was okay. It was quiet , friendly staff. Room service was friendly. But the cleanliness was not there. There was visible yellow and brown stains on the walls and I was afraid to take my shoes off in the room or touch shower walls. We did like the balcony at night it was nice. The breakfast was okay, slim pickings only hot food was waffles. but it was free. The coffee was bad, it was just hot water. Traveling, you need good coffee. The pool was nice but was dirty with leaves and bugs.……

“no pool says they will not open it back up due to an additional add on being prepared. Main reason I booked was for that. the rooms were out dated and the shower and bathroom faucets had hard water build up and horrible water pressure”

“Nice staff, clean rooms, great amenities. When it comes to sleeping however the noise is terrible. If you have a room that faces the highway, it'll be a long night. Then the air-conditioning was so loud and rattled that it did drown out the road noise but made it even worse for sleeping.”

“Such a welcoming and friendly front desk staff. Stayed only one night while in town for a wedding in early May. The room seemed to have some updates such as charging plugs on the sides of bed, and laminate flooring - cleaner than carpet. It was a nice stay!”
