“Nice people and clean hotel”

“The staff/owners were absolutely wonderful! The hotel is charming and warm with many things we love. The breakfasts were fantastic! We will definitely be returning at a later date with our son and his wife. ”

“It was an amazing stay for our ski trip. Very clean and comfortable beds. Convenient with a good quality food market next door. Kids love the game room as an after ski activity. Only wish the kitchen was equipped with dishwasher and stocked with cooking oil.”

“Interesting and different property but more expensive for drinks and dinner than I anticipated in such a quiet town. I enjoyed the communal dinner where we ate w other guests.”

“I have never had such a warm welcome from a B&B as I got at Mountain Treasure. Everything was amazing here, and the hosts couldn't do enough for me, from tips on where to go mountain biking, to actually driving me to a trail head to go hiking so I didn't have to walk a loop. Heavenly breakfasts and great coffee in the mornings too. Also, very strong, fast wifi in my room. Would definitely go back again.”

“My kids (12 and 3 y.o.) and I had a wonderful experience at the place. Victoria (the owner) was very attentive to our needs. The place is clean, our room had a gorgeous view of the mountains, there’s plenty of space in the backyard for the kids to play. They even have the access to the creek. Just bring water shoes if you visit in the summer. ”

“Came to do some hiking with some friends. Central location if you are looking to do the fire towers! House as described, though with an older home, the doors are a little wonky. Kitchen pretty well supplied, could use a pasta pot and regular frying pans (there is a cast iron pan). The crock pot was a plus! Nice Solo Stove out back - we were lucky with the weather and had a nice cocktail hour outside!”

“Brought my family and some friends to stay for weekend for daughter’s belated birthday. The house was cozy. A little rustic. Very much like the cabins at lake Taghkanic. Basic decor and nothing too expensive, which I appreciate. Particularly with a house that sleeps that many and when many of them are young adults, prone to being messy. There is a lake but you either have to drive to it to or cut through the woods on foot, as it is at a local town park. The jacuzzi was a great draw. And the pool……

“No outlets in upstairs bathroom. Couldn't use hair dryer. And it was hot sleeping, but only a plug in fan. Property manager was very nice, efficient. Very clean in general”

“Only open seasonally. They closed Sept. 6th. Had a booking for Oct. Not sure whybit let us book but they were not open and we had to scramble to find a playlce to stay in an area that was very booked up. ”
