"The home is lovely and homey. Even though it is close to a highway, we did not notice much road noise. It was quiet inside. The bed we slept in had a memory foam mattress and was very comfortable. In the kitchen, we found everything we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Amy is very sweet and quick to respond if you need anything."

"This was one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed. It was minimalistic in decor, but just enough, which I appreciated. There was plenty of supplies provided - paper towels, toliet paper, and other essentials. There was coffee, creamer, tea, honey, and other kitchen items. All of the kitchen necessities (pots, pans, plates, etc.) looked new. Maybe add a toaster. the beds were comfortable but the pillows were a little soft for my taste. I would have liked to have a small bedside table and lamp,...

"Had a few small issues that were qmcommunicated with the property manager on our arrival. They were not able to correct the issues before my stay ended but it was a minor inconvenience and the property manager communicated that they could not fix the problem quickly. To me, communication was handled so promptly that it didn't matter. Besides the lake, the views each morning, and the cleanliness of the overall property made a great week to come home each night after working in the area all day....

"I spent a few nights at this house and it was a great experience! Wade and Stephanie have thought of everything, the house is in immaculate condition and has plenty of room if you have a group that needs a place to stay. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity in the future!"

"The house was very clean and spacious. I loved the wood floors as I had a dog with me and this made it easy to clean up any accidents. I also liked that it was so close to the UGA campus. The beds were very comfortable and the walk in shower was a dream ! It was also equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Overall, this would be a great place for family and friends to enjoy a game weekend or campus for parents of a college student."

"All good. We stayed out mostly. Just at night we’re we there. Need to fix the grill out back. Rusted out and no gas. Looked unsafe. Just in case someone gets their own propane tank."

"We had to much fun in this house! Perfect space to handout and lots of places to sleep. We loved having all the bathrooms especially with 6 women! The property manager was amazing!! Every question I had she was quick to respond and with a great additude. We will be for sure staying here again!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at The Cottage in Monroe. The beautiful historic home is clean and spacious with restored hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout. The wide front porch and well-equipped pool and patio area were especially relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, and our hosts supplied everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The downtown Monroe area is walkable with fabulous restaurants and cute shops. I highly recommend Jordan and Patrick as your hosts!"
