"This was a last minute idea that I regret. The front desk was rude though I understand the frustration probably came from the kids running around lobby or the ones lined up at the ONE microwave the hotel offers also in view of the lobby. The elevator is only working on one side and that one side takes forever to move. Unusual smells everywhere ESPECIALLY the third floor which has the only working ice machine. My room reeked of wet carpet and I found black mold behind AC unit. Stains all over couches."

"The place is clean the staff is great. The problem is the fees! They hold $200 a day for incidentals and they charge $28 a day for self parking so if you’re not expecting it or on a strict budget this hotel is not a good stay. I recommend the wine tasting and the spa if you can swing it"

"We checked in pretty late though, but the receptionist at the front was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the property and everything around it. Breakfast was amazing the ladies who cooked it did it a great job and they were so welcoming. The pool was fabulous. Good amount of tables and love that they had towels out there. The pool was half shaded, which was really great as well. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and it got so hot. I love a good steamy shower. The room was very cozy. Had a lot of space. The air condition was fabulous. We even noticed while we were gone throughout our busy day. They came in and gave us new towels and picked up little trash here and there which was super great after a long stressful day. I love that there’s a gas station right down the street and a grocery store about four minutes away. Altogether we loved it and definitely if we ever visit again will be choosing this hotel. I think the only downfall is this hotel is about 30 to an hour away from a lot attractions. But also good cause once you get down there, the traffic is crazy and it is very noisy so I’m definitely glad we pick somewhere kind of far because it was so quiet and the scenery was beautiful."

"Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the property was peaceful and quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during every shift we encountered. The room was clean, comfortable, and made for a relaxing getaway. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Check in was okay. I was put in a handicapped room? I’m not sure why. Breakfast was fine. The tables weren’t cleaned from the previous guests. The lobby was extremely loud with kids playing outside breakfast area."
