"My room was clean. I had a comfortable mattress. New carpet because there were a few trimmings left behind. I ended up not cooking in the room, but there was a nice, clean glass cook top for use. Full size refrigerator and full size dishwasher. I had an issue with the diverter for the shower. More coming out of the spout than the shower head. I reported it twice, it wasn't repaired. I managed with it. I agreed to extra points since it wasn't working as it should. I'm pretty sure that the first floor are long-term "residents "? Many families have been displaced due to unaffordable rentals.
My only negative really is that the elevator is not working. If you are on the second or third floors you will need to use the emergency/fire escape stairs at the end of the hallway. This is also where smokers go to smoke outside. My view was comical, but I wasn't there for the view and this side was truly nice and quiet. I appreciate the quietness since I'm attending a class for 15 days."
