"“Wouldn’t stay there again” in the middle or the start of a renovation which we didn’t know. Our floor carpet smelled stale opening the suit door to room smelled awful (very strong) carpet smell like a chemical use for dry cleaning. Toilet seat loose towel rack falling off. Went to the pool to go swimming got to the entrance inside pool area dog poop and urine smell in different area’s water( floor ) Green. Some staff did a god job but others just ok. Oh yes! when you arrive to temporary main entrance door, door very dirty main entrance being renovated and only one door opens (two doors to entry) walking through to the front desk is clean. Clean Restaurant/ bar, staff did a great job in service. Parking on weekends hard to fine a space you will have to walk a distance to entrance."

"My room was clean. I had a comfortable mattress. New carpet because there were a few trimmings left behind. I ended up not cooking in the room, but there was a nice, clean glass cook top for use. Full size refrigerator and full size dishwasher. I had an issue with the diverter for the shower. More coming out of the spout than the shower head. I reported it twice, it wasn't repaired. I managed with it. I agreed to extra points since it wasn't working as it should. I'm pretty sure that the first floor are long-term "residents "? Many families have been displaced due to unaffordable rentals. My only negative really is that the elevator is not working. If you are on the second or third floors you will need to use the emergency/fire escape stairs at the end of the hallway. This is also where smokers go to smoke outside. My view was comical, but I wasn't there for the view and this side was truly nice and quiet. I appreciate the quietness since I'm attending a class for 15 days."

"The place is clean the staff is great. The problem is the fees! They hold $200 a day for incidentals and they charge $28 a day for self parking so if you’re not expecting it or on a strict budget this hotel is not a good stay. I recommend the wine tasting and the spa if you can swing it"

"We checked in pretty late though, but the receptionist at the front was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the property and everything around it. Breakfast was amazing the ladies who cooked it did it a great job and they were so welcoming. The pool was fabulous. Good amount of tables and love that they had towels out there. The pool was half shaded, which was really great as well. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and it got so hot. I love a good steamy shower. The room was very cozy. Had a lot of space. The air condition was fabulous. We even noticed while we were gone throughout our busy day. They came in and gave us new towels and picked up little trash here and there which was super great after a long stressful day. I love that there’s a gas station right down the street and a grocery store about four minutes away. Altogether we loved it and definitely if we ever visit again will be choosing this hotel. I think the only downfall is this hotel is about 30 to an hour away from a lot attractions. But also good cause once you get down there, the traffic is crazy and it is very noisy so I’m definitely glad we pick somewhere kind of far because it was so quiet and the scenery was beautiful."
