“Most of the house was dirty, floors felt like they hadn't been cleaned, turned everyone's feet black in less than 30 minutes of being there. Trash in-between couch cushions. Different kitchen appliances, outlets that didn't work. Host did try to make it right but not much could be done when you've already moved your whole party and their stuff into a house. We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us.
