The free breakfast had a wide variety of food options to choose from. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They also had complementary pink lemonade and dessert at check-in.

We stayed to attend the wine festival. The festival was good but the building and room was very run down.

Great downtown Honesdale, PA location. At check in I was told to park in the Wayne Memorial Hospital lot which is shared with the Hotel. Check in was pleasant/easy. Stairs to 2nd floor room. At end of day rush hour a bit noisy from the busy street/intersection. Room could use a thorough cleaning and some updates. Older mattress well past its' useful life. Sink water had mislabelled Hot/Cold faucets. Water had an odor? A/C worked OK but curtain blocked the flow if closed. Shower head and knob needs immediate replacing. Toilet tended to have a stuck flapper valve and water would continue running. Some locals outside the Hotel's Restaurant were loud and smoking. Close to Main Street for several dining choices. Believe I'll try another spot next visit to Honesdale, PA. Person at checkout Desk in the morning seemed new and untrained.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean and very quiet. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel is beaultiful and the courtyard is a lovely place to sit and relax/mingle. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfy. Water pressure and tempt in the shower leave you wanting more, towels are really thin and they barely give you enough for one person so be sure to ask for extra. There are no phones in the rooms so if you need anything you have to go downstairs. The vending machines were not working during our stay and the market in the lobby was not fully stocked with beverages (water and diet soda) but it was a busy weekend. Come prepared with extra water and drinks to have in the room. The in room fridge is a really decent size and the coffee pods they provide for the in room keruig is actually really good.
