“We will avoid this company's offerings in the future. We arrived at our designated time and walked into some other people sitting in the location that we had reserved. The folks said they had requested extra days so were allowed to keep what would have been our chosen site. We were rerouted without a problem but this was inappropriate and disappointing. “Loved the location of the Oxford Commons and the restaurants around it. Close to the campus too for game day.
