“We arri ed at 4pm and was told our room was not ready and to take a seat inlobby. There were about 5 other couples waiting for a room. It took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to get a room. The room was good but the TV had not basic channels to watch only Netflix. The next morning as we were leaving we were in elevator with 2 other couples and the elevator got stuck. We had to call emergency 911 and the front desk. We were stuck about 20 minutes.”

“It is a beautiful place but if you want a healthy big breakfast then you should know that only have little boxes of cereal and old pastries. Their were also men cutting branches right outside of our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub didn't work. We still had a wonderful anniversary. The Castle restaurant serves really good food and live music was good. The staff were very hospitable and fun.”
