“The price was right. The HVAC in the room was like sleeping with a vacuum cleaner running all night. But what really irritated me was that we got there early (after 2pm), and the staff made a big deal about trying to find us a room prior to the 3 pm check in time. Total bs. They never found a room but shortly after 3pm, several rooms were miraculously available. This has happened to us at other Comfort Suites hotels. Haven't had a problem at other hotel properties. Look, just tell your customers……

“front desk staff very unprofessional and poor appearance. She talked with her mouth full of food while chewing when we asked for information. She refused to explain the bill, and I never got a printout. The so-called Handicap Room had a tub I had to manage to get into to take a shower. The shower head was not adjustable and it blasted water onto me and the shower itself. No low-flow shower heads. On a brighter note, the staff who took care of breakfast was cheerful, helpful, and pleasant. ……
