"The customer service was horrible! Upon arrival to check in the internet was down… that was not our fault they should have just giving us out room since we had already paid in advance the staff was very rude and seemed very unprofessional! We understand it was stressful situation but we had traveled from far. It took us about 2hr to check in due to looking for ATMs to get money out! They didn’t even want to accommodate us for all the stress we were going through as well they made us feel unwelcome. When leaving the Valet & front desk checking out lady Theresa was rude! We were so excited to be here for the very first time! But I don’t think I ever want to come back! I will not recommend it!! 1/10"

"The resort looks nice when you first walk in, and the staff was very friendly. Free parking was also a huge plus. My only complaint was the AC in the room, it smelled musty and made the room feel less fresh. The hallways were cool and smelled clean, so it seemed to just be the room AC itself. Other than that, we had a good stay overall."
