"Very disappointed in the condition of the room, very outdated compared to the photos on the website, our room had spider webs, walls were dirty, bathroom was so tiny you are basically on the toilet while washing your hands in the sink. The condition of the bathroom is kind of sad, paint pealing, dirty doors, the exterior grounds were in much better condition than the rooms. This weekend was supposed to be special for my husband’s birthday but the room was definitely a disappointing factor."

"The property is large. I enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant. Had it not been in the 109 degree weather, my husband I would have spent time at the pool. The check in process was slow, yet the staff was lovely! To call guest services, you had to go through an AI customer service line which asked a ridiculous amount of questions before speaking with a live agent. I prefer smaller properties with direct communication with staff. I would consider going back if I plan another trip to Palm Desert."
