“Beautiful, secluded location. The cabin is cozy but very nicely laid out, and the property is perfect for rest and relaxation, with hammocks, a fire pit, hot tub and outdoor shower, and an unbeatable view of the stars. The ride in is bumpy; the stay itself was not. We'll be back! Oh also, there's a record player and the selection was unbelievable. Jazz, The Supremes, Saharan guitar rock, it was a delightful surprise.”

The home has got this sweet desert / southwest decor, and lots of modern amenities. Chuck's Place would also be very comfortable for 2 couples. Great views of the northern boundary of the park. “The only thing I would do different, would be to stay longer. The house was fantastic. It was fun, crazy, retro! The wife and daughter loved it! If you're looking for a 5 star hotel/room, this is not it. But, if you want to enjoy a stay like no other, this is a place to experience. The house is about 3/4 mile off the Hwy, down a rough dirt road....... so be prepared for that. Once you arrive at the house, you agree the short little trip on the dirt road is worth it! ”

"Except we were email/ call 3 times with 24 hours before check-in (I couldn’t help but guessed it was due to they had nobody working after 9pm), everything was beating expectation. Room was decent. Service was excellent - TV remote was available (for our device to connect to hdmi) the minute we asked ; room was cleaned, bed were made, towel replaced, bathroom was cleaned, garbage was cleared daily - which was not the case in most of the motel. We were so excited to bbq in motel public area first time in our lives. The only area for improvement is wifi. But who cares? "
