“Five women spent the weekend! The condo was clean and very comfortable! We were visiting a local friend and the location was close to her place. The space was open and plenty of seating for our visit! The outdoor patio is lovely and again with plenty of seating! We all agreed we’d like to make this an annual gathering!”

“Central location in Gruene was almost next to none. Easy, easy walking distance to everything. Food, entertainment, lots of live music everywhere and less than a quarter of a mile to famous Gruen Hall. ”

“A little disappointed we couldn't start the dishwasher for some reason. The living room lamp was missing a light bulb, and the furniture wasn't the most comfortable. Overall the location was great, good location, lots of information provided before check in. Check out was a breeze. River is slightly farther from the condo that the listing looks, but still very nice part of the river to be in.”

“It was my daughter's 18th birthday. We floated the river all day Saturday. Then went to see a concert in the evening as well as dinner at a restaurant in Gruene Tx . The condo is large, clean and located in a great neighborhood in New Braunfels. We would definitely go again.”

“We went to enjoy the river and this spot is perfect for that! The river is basically in your backyard! The unit was super cute and very clean! Washer and dryer is in the unit and there were laundry pods 🙂 Super convenient when you don’t want your clothes to stay wet and dirty from the river Well stocked w tp and towels and the pool is right outside your balcony. We will definitely stay again!”
